We're getting close to swapping to the VPS, we're not sure what's happening yet, will know more tomorrow.
So, depending what you want to do.

It's cool I'll talk to Crayo more and get some more info. Like I said if I get hosting I can easily set it all up myself. Ill just keep in touch with you with some Photoshop mockups i make for the site and well keep talking about the overall finished product and hopefully we can get this thing out before the end of summer.

First of all, why don't you create the site yourself and manage it for a while. And once the site is successful merge with "The MarketForums Network"?

Frenzied, use the hosting they offer at hostf.net it's pretty fast, unmetered, and free.

OEM, he wants free hosting right now so that the site can actually make some profit for him to pay for some good hosting.
