It is so bothersome for me because even though I sleep in the morning it really feels different when I sleep at night. I hate these sleepless nights. It's making me thin and unhealthy.
Have You tried not sleeping at night? What do you do to feel better in the morning?

someday said:Yes actually I once had the habit of using internet the whole night and sleeping when sun rised. It really sucked and no matter how hard I tried to change that habit I could never for the life of me slep at night. It did affect me a lot, my school activities and stuffs. ANyway i slowly managed to fix my time table again.
Anyway I hope you get a day duty soon. Take care
Grumpy said:I used to be very much like this. My eyes are very sensitive to light (they were a lot worse when I was younger), therefore I used to sleep during the day and do my stuff at night. It's more difficult to do as you get older because natural habits kick in and one of those is to sleep when it is dark. Besides, when it comes to going to work or school or college or whatever you do, all of that must be done during the day. You will pass out of this stage for sure, don't worry about it for now and just go with the flow of your body.

flapiz said:Lucky for you, you can easily sleep at daytime. Thanks for the advise. I do drink milk but the cold one. I prefer fresh milk than warm milk.
anjville said:You know the logic of drinking warm milk, right? It is for the body and the release of serotonin that is also responsible for the sleep and wake cycle. Sometimes, the disruption of our circadian rhythm is inevitable but we need to maintain homeostasis so I our body must need to compensate for the loss sleep (sleep debts). You can also try a relaxing shower.

sometimes, i exercise in the morning to loosen up some muscles

I think you just need to exercise. When you get home, try taking a small walk before you go to bed. Set the alarm for a descent time so that when you get up, you gan have some time outside. Basically, pace yourself.
