Has anyone ever had the thing where they are awake it just seems you are paralyzed and you do not want to get up or you feel like you cannot move?

I just had this for the past 3 hours... IT's 1:31pm and i just got up

I've laid in bed for hours before just listening to my iTouch as I woke up.

Could not be bothered moving or anything.
