Anyone here experienced sleep paralysis? It's considered to be sleeping disorder where you are confuse it's like you are awake and you can hear the noise of your surroundings but cannot move your body.
Yes, I have heard about sleeping paralysis and I think it is one of the major causes of death when it comes of sleeping related mortality. Not so sure though. It is also related to the endocrine enzymes secreted by the pancreas by the alpha-cells where it will trigger a cascading paralysis. I am not so sure if it is related to this kind of sleeping disorder though.
