I think my game is glitched, because i'm at it, I've watched videos' and been told how to do it, but it won't let me turn the rings..

It just doesn't respond if you get me? :/

Try pressing square or whatever you use to use items like on the middle of the rings, there should be a option to "Use"

But It turns out it was glitched, all i had to do was leave and come back through the door.

have you got all the symbols in the same order as the ones on the palm
of your claws then pressed the large circle at the bottom?
EDIT: nvm didn't see it was glitched.
