Signature Rules?

Can someone link me to the rules on signature? I want to make sure I know everything, so that I would not get in trouble.

Philly made a thread on this but let me sum it up for you:

1) Cannot be a solid image, must have a transparent backgruond. (Because of themes)
2) Cannot be really annoying e.g big giant .gif image (*cough* cabbage)
3) Cannot contain pornography etc and all that shizz

Has to be transparent, due to the dual themes.
No pornography. Sexy images are allowed from what it seems, to a certain extent of course.
Try not to make it something annoying (e.g. Flashing .gifs)

And of course, all other site rules apply.
