To create a successful hyperlink to a page on your signature, follow these steps:
Step 1. Click on the "Insert Hyperlink" button.
Step 2. A prompt will open, this is where you put the link to the page you want to be directed to.
Step 3. Insert the URL for the page you wish to be directed to.
Step 4. Continue, press OK.
Step 5. A prompt will open, this is where you put the title of the link you wish to be directed to. If no title is entered, just the URL will be displayed.
Step 6. Enter a title for the link, if necessary (this is what will show up).
Step 7. Continue, press OK.
Step 8. This is an example of what you should have (what is looks like) so far.
Step 9. Highlight all of the text (code).
Step 10. Click on the "Align Text to the Center" button.
Step 11. This is how the finished product should look. Click on preview to check & make sure everything is in order.
Congratulations! you now have a hyperlink in your user signature.
