Should there be Charity in Colleges?

Guys, I am a college student. I read in commerce college which is owned by the government and not private. The fees are not huge but we need to make donation a year like $4000 at least everyyear, which is a high amount for a middle or low class people.

Do u agree that such type of college should be allowed?

For such type of colleges there should be some charity fundings through which the poor and middle class students should be supported .

i think that type of colleges are use to make fund from others people because poor people cant afford those fees
