Should Swear be banned permanently?

[Simple]

Well as many of you know, Swear has recently had two scam reports on him recently. (one not so directly, but it was him).

Now I understand that Philly said if the pardon is accepted that if you mess up, you're done. Now I know this current scam report by Fap Dong is still up for talks and nothing has been confirmed, but this is the second scam report under a week (or maybe two) that has been up on Swear. I hate to be the one that's trying to get another member banned, but as you can see, Swear isn't done with his past. Swear has threatened to dox me before because I refer to him as a scammer.

I honestly think Swear should either be banned or change his ways quickly if he wants to continue being a member here at ForumKorner.

What are your guys' opinions on this and on Swear?

It's not so much about the doxing, but about what he got banned over and is continuing doing it.

Damn, Swear is the homie though. He was posing as Beats in that one scam though, which just isn't cool. Almost got Beats banned. Its a hard decision, I don't even know lol.

Sorry, but I have to say yes. More so Mike for me personally (unless the situation is remedied). But Mike said Swear was his partner and Swear had my order info, meaning I was a mutual customer of he and Mike, and I'm sure they split my funds evenly.

I'm far from judgmental, but once a scammer, always a scammer. Apparently he scammed before, and he's done it again. He will continue doing it. I knew about Swear's previous ban before I made my order, but I still went through with it. A forum is only as strong as it's weakest member. If activity like this is allowed to continue, people will view all of us as nothing more than scammers and common thieves.

I have been back and have done like 10 legit deals so far.
