Should I Get 70 Attack On My Pure?

I was thinking of getting 70 attack so I can use a SS.
I think RuneTips' combat calculator said I would only gain about 2 combat levels.

Because I figure it hits pretty hard and quick and the spec is decent for KO'ing I would guess.

And SS's are cheap. So no biggie if I lost one.

And before you say to use a whip instead;
I don't want Attack exp.

Get 99 strength first, and fight a lot like that. If you don't like fighting with 60 attack, 99 strength. Get 70 attack.

I have two pairs, who gives a shit if they fall. I never sell my shit

I buy shit > use it for a week > never use it again.

I've got a AGS (50M), two claws (40M0, full arma (40M), every barrows set (like 20M). I never use any of them.

Either get 70 attack, or stay 60, and get 94 mage for ice barrage/dclaw rushing

also if u watch most pures that use SS for pking, they often have a dds for there spec weapon, and if ur getting an ss for the spec dont bother.

The purpose of dragon claws is to hit hard, and when they do, THEY HIT HARD. At lvl 91 your max hit for one strike is like 520. So imagine that twice, and a barrage ontop . Barrage can hit upwards of 350.

Now lets average it out. You will most likely hit about 300 on your claws average.
You will most likely hit about 220 on your barrage. Your claws can hit that twice.

(btw this is for when your fighting pures ONLY)

300+300+220= 820.

Remember thats AVERAGE.

You can also get a 15% strength boost if you miss your first 3 hits on the claws .

Well if you wanted to look cool you would/should have gotten 75 attack for GS

depends what you pk with tbh, if you put to 70 i always get the incline to carry on getting to 99 :/
