I'd recommend the Stefan Janoskis but you already turned those down. I own a pair (not just for the look) and they're pretty nice.
The Nike Koston SE's aren't bad, but do admittedly look very similar to the Janoskis.
I remember seeing some Polo by Ralph Lauren shoes that looked very similar to some Vans but never looked into them.

I'd recommend going to like a West 49 (cringe) or Zumiez (cringe) if you're looking for skate shoes, or maybe a local skate shop. If you're looking for some higher-end stuff because it seems like that's the style you're into, than I'm not sure where to look. Good luck!

Do you skate? I used to skate those a lot, then DVS which lasted the longest but the grip was shit. I've always found that Vans had the best grip
Skating a pair of Era Pros rn, but not really actively so they won't get fucked anytime soon
