Server Down?

Anybody know why I can only get on this website at night?? All day long it says the server is down until around 11:30pm.

The problem must be with your ISP. We sure to use .net domain. Rest is fine. A screenshot would be useful.

I have seen others making posts like this but i have luckily never had the problem.
Hope you are able to figure out what is wrong.
