First/Last Name
Contact email (for the network to contact you)

Well you are being partnered with an actual network so I would assume so. It might not be payed.
 
I know this guys method of partnering and yes to answer your question you do get paid but theres a seperate email they send you a week or 2 later that tells you to put in your paypal etc.
