1)General
Fanta's hosting is a hosting company which is dedicated to making its customers happy. We can change and add coupons and other things at any time we want.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Any forbidden materials (according to our ToS) found to be hosted on our network will be removed with or without notice.
Failure to respond to emails and abuse reports from our department in the reasonable 24 hours time frame will result service suspension until contact has been made. By purchasing you agree to these terms of service.
2) Email address and contact information
The registering user, should provide a valid email, which would be used for contacting him in case of abuse or reports. We are not responsible for false contact information. In case of detecting false information, you would get terminated without notice.
3) Content
Examples of forbidden content on our Shared & WHM packages can be found below:
IRC Scripts/Bots
Pirated Software hosting, Warez linking is allowed
Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
Fraud websites
Sites promoting illegal activities
Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
Mailer Pro
Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc)
Botnets, DOS and DDOS scripts as well as NIX, shells and similar programs/scripts
Child pornography
Bandwidth and CPU intensive scripts are strictly forbidden
4) Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. "Safe lists", purchased lists, and selling of lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice
Mass mailing, with advertisement SPAM purposes is not tolerated by us and will result in immediate account termination with or without notice.
5) Resellers
The resellers are obligated and kept responsible for thir client's hosted content. They need to do routine checks for their clients accounts and in case of any abuse, terminate them. If they do not do this, this can result in suspension of not just their clients accounts but their account too.
6) Backups and Data Loss
Your use of this service is at your sole risk. Keeping your data safe is your responsibility and we are not responsible for any data loss. .
7) Cancellations and Refunds
We have the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice as well as without a refund, if you are found breaking our TOS or abusing the service. If you dispute, you forfeit the right to win it, since you have accepted these terms of service.
Inappropriate language, used while talking to one of our representatives would result in account suspension.
We do not have a money-back policy, but regarding that, in case of any inconvenience or downtime, you will get compensated with a certain amount of credit in our user account, which you would be able to spend on all of our services.
8) Price Change
We reserve the right to make changes to our pricelist. Existing customers would be notified 7 days before the price change would take effect.
