I was playing with the #1 in masters yesterday, highly doubt this is him lol.

Well you obviously don't play much league play.

More than one person can be rank 1 in master division because they have sub divisions, each sub division has a ladder from rank 1-200. It's not just one massive league.

Also he said league BEST which is the highest rank you've gotten in league play, doesn't necessarily mean at the time he was rank 1, he might've been rank 1 a few seasons ago and got that when you played with some rank 1 in some sub division.
