What I'm referring to is that the original owner of the NAME, not account, cannot get the NAME back if it's been swapped. i.e: I buy a handle (let's just use Spectra), I swap the tag to a fresh account, original account now has like "HDxYoLoxMcSwaggins" as the tag, seller pulls back the account, I still have the Spectra handle and he gets stuck with the tag I put on his account.

hes saying this account is freshly swapped. It could easily have a linked acc to it. If its swapped by the buyer. No problems should happen
