I have no clue how that feels. Though I know how waiting feels. God it sucks. I validated my paypal myself and i just get moneypak whenever i go to Walgreens or whever has moneypak. Keeps everything simple.

My problem is I like do something around the house my dad gives me like 10 bucks so I don't actually have cash. If I wanted cash I would keep like 7 or 8 of the 10 bucks a day I get for lunch. I have 16 dollars virtually in my possession but I can't spend it until I can use his Paypal. I do have my own verified Paypal but it has a verified PRE-paid card with no cash on it.

If it has a verified pre-paid card on it, just add money to it through MoneyPak

And stop being fat and skip lunch. You can survive (trololo )

If you add money to a paypal account that uses a prepaid visa or something on it, you can just add moneypak directly to the paypal account and use it to send the money via Gift, if i am not mistaken. it shouldn't be any different than a PP account verified with anything different.
