It's a in Game Accessory you can use it when online comes out for GTA.

It's a in-game accessory, you can basically call a bimp over and it'll come over and you could ride it, apparently.

I still have my code if anyone is interested. (i don't need it)
 
Does it come in the gta case or was it a pre order special?

True I'm not 100% sure but I think it's going to be one of those BO2 Nuketowns with a free download :)

I pre ordered it too. I think its gonna be a free download after like 2 months.

I'm not saying it's not possible just saying that I got one in my copy of GTA5 :)
 
I just bought GTA V today and got the blimp code for free. I didn't preorder either.
 
I'm interested in this, let me know how much you want for it.
