Secure way of payment

So I know PayPal is not. Is there any fully secure methods of paying. I'll make a list of all the payment options I know of. If any of the options are able to be charge backed then I will list them as insecure.

List:

America/
MoneyPak- looks as if it is one of the best methods of paying.
BitCoin- secure
Liberty Reserve- No longer available
Western Union
Amazon- somewhat secure
PayPal
iTunes
Microsoft Points
PSN cards
Live cards- insecure: can be called in.

Australia:
Bank wire- Very secure. Vouched from a trusted member.

I'm pretty sure most of the options up there are somewhat secure. And is there anyway to fully secure a PayPal gift? Please comment of you have any info.
 
On paypal just have the person open a dispute then close it. Then they cant open another. Atleast thats what I have heard.
 
Liberty Reserve is no longer a payment option.
 
You forgot BitCoin. But I have no idea in hell how that stuff works.
 
I know on Amazon there was a kid selling a method to get money back and the person's account banned a while ago. I wouldn't consider that secure. PayPal of course everyone knows has it's flaws. The others I'm unsure of.

Edit: Live cards can be called in. There's a chance of a ban for the account redeemed on. Not sure if many don't know how, or just don't.
 
Okay updated the thread. Anyone else have any advice. This is a great thread for people who are looking for the best payment methods.
 
I've heard someone mention Moneygram and Payza before, you could look into those.
 
MoneyPak is defo the best way to pay i also heard about alertpay & paysafe cards.
 
Anyone else want to say what they like dealing with/know about.
 
Good list. I've heard disputing and canceling on Paypal is secure but some people have told me that it can still be called in if the payment was made straight from the card itself.

However, it is secure if it's purely from Paypal Funds (if someone sends $30 to them, they send you $30, dispute and cancel.)
 
Moneypak is nice and convenient. Although not many people can redeem them because it requires to use your SSN, it's really secure and definitely worth it. Since I have no PP, I always pay with Moneypak. :)
 
I'd recommend paying directly with a credit card. Moneybookers and Google Checkout is secure too though.
 
Paypal my cash ( I think thats what its called ) Its like Moneypak but for by Paypal.
 
What I use a ton is prepaid mastercards. Not sure what you have in Australia but here in Canada we have Vanilla Mastercards
