He does redeem it, however he's so bright that he includes a message in the notes claiming that the payment is final and won't charge back, resulting in you being scammed if you've dealt with a scammer. Thanks for losing $30 and not doing shit in return, @Fear even knew it was stupid on your behalf, but thanks again!

I put the money in members' accounts. I don't give a shit about whether or not they lose it afterwards. It's not my fault people are stupid sometimes.
