Hi there Mayybe someone have an empty runescape logo or a .psd file of the logo? I would be very thankfull

I doubt you will be able to find a PSD of their actual logo, or anything close to it, searches found nothing on my end.

I would not recommend getting the logo because they copyright everything, depending on what you're going to use the logo for you might get into some serious trouble.

I even ripped and edited their design xD btw site not going to be international
