I doubt the bot nuke made 500k+ people get rid of membership. Since the bots have left I have gone from 1 account with membership to 2.

Runescape isn't dying, it's dead and rotting away.

What Derik said. Ever since '07 RS has been slowly dieing out, even with the wilderness and free trade being back; they still lost to many members when they originally to those things away. Now it just relies on how their advertising is so they can steal the young kids away from Club Penguin and on to Runescape.

Runescape isn't going to die, they're finally getting rid of botting and mass gold farming, this will attract new players and discourage dishonest players, which for a game is good.
