Seems to me like they are just reassuring the legit players so they actually think they're doing something. Just seems like a bunch of false information except from what they've actually implemented.

Going hang off botting my main for a while, but botting 2 f2p for 15 hrs+ and not stopping, watch there be a no ban. If anything I say watch a mass ban happen, in a week everything will be back to normal.

In my opinion, I don't see how botting is a problem to Jagex if it doesn't affect other players. But oh well, they want every player to sit on their ass and get mindfucked.
