I was wondering if anyone wanted me to upload this when I am done? I just did some simple changes :
-Changed RSGOLD's banner to RuneGear's banner (Links to Banner.png, so if you change it the image changes)
-Changed RSGOLD's link to RuneGear's link
-Removed "STAT" upload
-Disabled Update
I'll be doing more later.
I personally don't trust powerbot at all, so I go through every file and make sure there is nothing suspicious. If you guys want me to upload this when I am done let me know, I'll be making more changes. I'd upload the source of course (for safety reasons.)

he basically is trying to stop it from updating, while making it into a RG related bot.

how could you not understand that?
 
It's nothing really, I am just
1. Scanning through there files
2. Removing anything I don't like/find unneeded
I just figured I'd see if anyone wanted it when I was done. I can completely remove the advertisement if you guys want? It's nothing hard, just was offering it when I am done with it.

The stopping it from updating was simple, I didn't remove the whole method in case someone wanted to re-enable it when they download the source. I just made the current version some crazy number like 50000.
 
I think I'd use this. Not sure if I trust you yet, as you're still a new member. However, I'll give it a go. Tbh, I was thinking of forking Powerbot and just making myself a personal bot to use. I just don't know if it's safe anymore. :p
 
I am providing the source code because I understand the need for security. I'll also let you guys know if I find anything odd or suspicious while I go through the files.

No problamo. Do you guys want it now with the features I listed above, or would you like to wait a little bit while I see what else I can change.
 
How do we get scripts for the bot then? I can also rename a bot, change bakground etc.

I think we will have to:

A - Rip a bunch of powerbots (LUL)
B - Code our own

I'll be studying some scripts coded for Powerbot to use on this. Assuming it's safe.

I might do that too. But anyway... is this really needed? Can't we just use RSBuddy or NeXus?
 
We can, but I assume these would all be free scripts unless some scripters would like to go paid. So basically, we're just making a safe Powerbot. Some people can only script in Powerbot, which allows them to code scripts so it saves us time.
 
I'll help code in a little bit. I am working on releasing a surprise on powerbot. Just needs a little more work and I'll be making some nice bank :D
Stopped messing with the modded client for now.
 
It'd be pretty cool if RuneGear had its own bot.
 
Probably a keylogger or some program, he can profit from.
Since he said he will make a nice bank.

If he does, that will definitely increase my trust for him! I think I'll save my main's password too. :D
