As seeing that this is for RG Elite, and if the winner can choose an upgrade to sponsor in place of the RSGP, does this mean that people will be able to upgrade to RG Elite/Sponsor again? What will happen with Premium?

What's with that binary number? Just by looking at it I can see it is much larger than 62. The first 1 is the equivalent of 2^14 then the next 1 is 2^11, etc.
