Rudest person youve ever encountered at work

I'm at work atm! I work at a health club at their smoothie/drink bar and it is totally dead atm.
So, I was wondering: Have you ever encountered a flat out d0ouche while working or volunteering or something?

This one lady one time yelled at me for throwing away her drink that was left out on the table. Now, people are usually lazy and don't care to throw away their own trash. She came back about an hour later and demanded to know why I threw away her large smoothie. I told her that it was unattended and that I assumed she as done with it. She demanded that she get TWO free large smoothies and I had to call my manager.

Woah I would've screwed that lady but sadly the customers are always right.So we can't really go against them.It's the policy in almost every single fast food restaurants.Yeah I have encountered lots of rude people out there but I just choose not to give a damn about them.I really think that the woman that you encountered was really unreasonable.A smoothie that you have thrown away and now she demand for 2?!That is just bullshit.Let me guess.She's fat?How did the thing turn out at the end?Your manager got called down and she got her 2 free large smoothie?
