So download that, open it, locatate the 32bit batch file, compile it, you will now have a windows 7 32bit exe to run pinescape with, enjoy :DI've just re-opened it again since I could afford a vps.
So here's the dealio..
Max level is 154 (not 138/126) with max level of 120 in every skill meaning, you need 112m xp to get level 120.
To show off a 99, you can wear the skill cape, but to show off level 120. I have decided that Partyhats will show yours 99s, these babies will have a nice little stat bonus depending on which hat.
The hats/skills are as follow.

Purple partyhat = att/str/def = level 120
White partyhat = hp/prayer = level 120
Blue partyhat = all non-combat skills = level 120
Red partyhat = slayer = level 120
Yellow party hat = range/mage = level 120
Green p hat = att/str/def/range/mage/hp = level 120
