RSbots.net always sais "not responding" on windows 7 -.-

It works fine on windows XP, but i got a new computer and now it ALWAYS sais "not responding" whenever i open the auth panel, its pissing me off heaps.

im getting JDK06u21-windows-x64, sais its the latest. hope this works.

I do believe that is what you're looking for.

You can also type "java -version" in your command prompt to see if you have it installed. Seeing as you have a new computer, I highly doubt it is going to be.

Is there any message in the CMD screen when you're trying to load up the auth panel?

Ok so we've gotten past the auth panel, but when i click "continue" it will load it, get to "loading web interface" say "not responding" for 3 seconds, then continue, il post back wether or not the bots are working.
