A couple of your animated banners look similar to some templates but I can't be sure.
Your logos are good, you show step by step in one of them which is nice.
The thread designs seem a bit flat, maybe add some shading and depth to the panels, other than that it's good.

Yes when client isn't paying much, I modify or mix templates with my own to make things quicker.
Thread design, I really need to work on that.
I was also planning on starting doing some userbars as well
