I already replied to your PM, but if anyone else was wondering what I was talking about:

There are multiple ways to get Masked Credentials, a more accurate way of saying it would be having enough spare resources that aren't tied to you to register a VCC/Verified Paypal in some cases. You could also buy them off some forums, unsure where anymore because fake credentials aren't extremely popular anymore and I just so happen to be out of the business as some people would say. A VPN is easy to obtain, you can get loads of free ones, just Google it. Then Mail Forwarding would be something you can set up with your post office or if you wanna be real ghetto just send the package to your friends house. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I still have one good VCC and Verified PP that I have and still use for all my shady buys. So much fun to be another non-existent person.

I wonder if they receive the cash that they charge on the VCC and the balance on card is negative. If that's the case, Microsoft won't do anything. Is this similar to the Xbox 360 method?

If you're too worried, ship the console you receive back.
 
For the ones who have used this method already, where did you ship the console to?
 
I've actually decided not to do this because I really don't want a $500 bill and the police at my door.
