Reset Rep

I think everybodys rep should be reset. Now rep means absolutely nothing. Also nonupgraded members should be able to at least vouch. It just makes it harder to accurately see how trusted/HQ someone is

Ive done way more than 3 deals. Maybe 5 ive done were with nonupgraded members

Then just tell them that you will vouch for them if they do for you. Shouldn't be a problem unless they are lazy fat asses.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. But I mean the majority of active people are upgraded so odds are you'll get a vouch after each deal.

Nobody randomly neg reps except for Den. People on this site care too much about rep and they're scared of a revenge rep.
