Redeem it and transfer it to another person (since he is unable to since he isn't 18. My PP can't be verified otherwise I would do it. I can't pay a fee, and he doesn't want to either.. But can anyone help us here?
 
I think Philly still offers a service like this. I would talk to him if I were you.

No one will do this for free Philly charges 20% I don't suggest asking for it free.

Alias couldnt be changed. What she should have done was change the pass 4 times so I could recover the account right now=..
 
Cause he would have had to know the email to get it back in sure she could have changed the email
 
Crap. If i would've seen this earlier I would've recommended, Christy or Philly.
Sorry about your loss man, although both charge, they are legit. Id rather be safe then sorry.

It wouldn't have mattered since he made it where the email couldn't be changed he would have gotten it back with other info he created the account with I'm sorry didn't think that kid would scam
