There are currently no method's on how to un-ban Xbox live accounts, don't pay ANYONE for it, because they will be lying.

Only method to do this is have an XDK white listed on partner net....which is next to impossible to get unless you are a major game developer.. Even once white listed you still need the needed tools to actually unban the account.

I heard that an old method is re-working...
To my knowledge this method is just getting a bunch of users to report the account for "verbal abuse" or something similar so they unban the perma ban and replace it with a 2 day ban making it able to use the account again.

Anyways I'm not sure if it works, should try it though!
