When I type like 20-25 characters it still says this ''[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]You must enter a comment of at least 10 characters to give this user a reputation rating.''[/font]

I also experience this problem, just copy and paste the text you had before, refresh the page and rep again. Works every time

This happens to me too, even if I try multiple times it still gives me an error so I have to turn my nice comment into a long story that sounds like some kind of love life with the user I gave reputation to.
