I think I am going to remove the ability to neg rep people. I will keep neutral, and positive but negative rep will be no more, and all current neg rep will be removed. Vote in the poll please it WILL impact my decision.

Exactly but considering neutral rep doesn't take rep I don't see why people would cry about it. Solving all the problems that come from negative rep.

Sounds like a good idea, but you should also consider this.
I'm unsure of how the rep system works but you should only make it so you have to choose why you are repping.
Like under the Positive rep, you can drop down and pick (Smooth Trade) etc.
Same with the negative rep.
