Repping new members

I think that we shouldn't be allowed to rep new members with one post. Because a lot of new members get +10 when they have 1 post saying something like 'Welcome to the forum stay active'.

We chose to rep who we want. You can't say who we can and can't rep :L

Yeah I know about that but sometimes its a different story.

Sometimes people base you off rep while doing a deal. They check your rep and say 'Oh hes legit.' and then they get scammed. We should make it where the person you +rep has to have at least 100 posts, just so they waste their time if they DO scam.
