How much would you guys pay for a brand new replaced iPhone 5S directly from Apple?

I just got one of these two, I got my iPone 5 wet and it didn't work, So i put it in rice. But i also order a replacement and they gave me a Iphone 5s, But my iPhone 5 started working again after being in rice for 4 day's. So i am going to sell my iphone 5s brand new.

I feel like that's a little too much because it is replaced. I was thinking more like 250-350 but I guess I'll see when I post a sales thread then.
