Rep System

I can understand that this is a fairly new forum, but the ability to give +25 rep? That's ridiculous and I think if anything, the rep system should go like this (Just like in HF).

Admin: +/- 10
Mod: +/- 5
VIP: +/- 1

Of course, the VIP should be able to get +/- 3 maybe when the forum gets more attention. Otherwise, I really think that 25 rep points are way too much.
