In your signature you say "REP ME NOW NOOBS", in the rules it says:

Reputation can NOT be:

Bought
Sold
Asked for
Flame

Is this considered rep abuse? He had that in his signature a long time, but nobody took action, I just thought...

I forget what thread it was in but I'm sure other members will confirm this.

Some of the rules about rep haven't been updated yet.
