This seems pretty sketchy, but I am not saying you aren't legit I am simply saying this is just a bit shady so I would be careful guys. Just make sure you do you research on this before you do it.

That sounds highly impossible. RTG is the only way to get a modded Gamertag and you would need an online jtag/rgh for that.
