Removing awards?

I bought most of the awards I have, but people keep removing them. Is that allowed? Surely I'm losing something I paid for = scamming. Doesn't really bother me but it's happening to quite a few people. Making my profile look ugly.
 
When they sell award ownership, the new owner can remove you if he wants. as he is not held by the deal the original owner made with you.

I didn't realise they were being sold.
 
I am going theough the same thing. I had close to 5 rows then all of a sudden I now only have 3.
 
No Philly sent out a msg to all award owners about how we can update our image because the new update ruined some of the awards.
So the ones who got removed have to change theirs I believe
 
Awards are, or used to be, permanent. New owner, or not. Reset posts, or not. etc.

For example, I created a group called "Loyal" which gave me the Group Leader award (not to mention I also bought a $50 award with that group but let it slide because Philly wanted to remove most 'spam' awards and make the site look professional at that time).
Once I sold the group back to Philly for far less than I bought it for, I lost the award.

It's kind-of annoying, but it's whatever.

That's Site Owned awards you're on about. User Owned awards were never permanent if sold.

idgaf, I don't have my nigga @michael to remove my user owned awards now so I just live with it, I lose one every week ^-^

What was that for? I simply just said Adrian scams people for awards then he said I'm a scammer and then you said this? I was nothing but nice to you especially.
