So, easy question. What relaxes you when you're tired, frustrated or stressed?
For me, I vary depending on the circumstances: Tired - Programming and listen to music / Sleep Stressed - Relax and try to solve the problem Frustrated - Go gym, work out and hang with friends / family
Tired - Well, When I'm tired I listen too this, I take big deep breaths in and out. Stressed - I have some alone time, talk with friends. Look at the better things in life. Frustrated - It's why I play Rugby and Football. Two different seasons, both full contact sports. I'm a big guy, I run over people.
Tired - Go to sleep or exercise [ Running or playing baseball]
Stressed - Run or listen to music
Frustrated - Take a deep breath and do something else.
Tired - Go to sleep...unless I am set on goals such as if I have to finish something that night.
Stressed - Try to approach the problem with a different method or at a later time.
Frustrated - I just watch youtube videos or talk to some females for a bit.
