Regarding Post Boosting in this Section

I am making this thread about post boosting. I have not seen this yet but I am making this so you know not to do it in the future. If you're caught post boosting, you will face the consequences, which include:


Warning(s)
Removal of post(s)
Posting suspensions


I'd also like to note this does not mean you're not allowed to introduce people. That's what the sections for, right? Just don't do it too much (;

Sorry Uzi but this is a stupid rule. Why make an introduction section if we can't welcome everyone?

Well actually it is not stupid at all because some members later on the site might want to get a special award or badge such as the 1,000 post award if they introduce every single person later on the site when we will have allot more members then they could get to 1,000 posts in no time. I guess i could make this topic again later when we have allot more members but dont you know what i mean ragequit.

Lol no I never said that, He has it were every time someone post's in this section he automatically has a reply saying the same thing witch is "Welcome to ForumKorner. Read the rules, Have fun, And stay active." It is not post boosting for him cause it does not increase his post count he is only welcoming everybody on the site so say if you replied saying "welcome to the site" to somebody that is new and it did not increase the size of your post count then I would not care if you introduced everybody on the site.

But still, think about it if philly didnt want us to post then he would make it so only he could post. Its here for a reason. I understand you want to do good to fk but this thread Is just dumb.

Post Boosting? wtf? lol It's spamming. Anyways, if it's really that big of a deal, Philly can just make it so post count does not increase in the Introduction section.

It's completely dumb. I understand you want to induce some authority on this forum however this idea isn't well contructed; example A; Is that Philly post bots this section and that goes against exactly as you stated. Not only that you're stating we are not allowed to welcome everyone? Lolwat.
 
I'm confused. So we have to limit the number of people that we can welcome?

He was probably referring to the top poster award for some reason.
 
I am not saying that you cant introduce people. I am saying later when we get allot more members some will spam and post boosting is the fastest way to get a high post count so for know i could careless if you introduce every single person that Introduces them self.
