Reformatted // C Drive and D Drive switched // Help?!

So I reformatted and this happened, I probably did something wrong but please help. I tried google, nothing came up. How do I fix it?<br><br>My C: Drive is 111 GB, and nothing is in it, it's completely empty.<br>My Drive is 9.8 GB and that's where the Windows, Program Files, etc is placed.<br><br>How do I fix it back to normal?<br>Please and Thank you! inch:<br><br>Images:<br>

What since does that make.. I reformatted for a reason.
But I'm reformatting again because I know what I did wrong.
