Recovering an account from 2001 with multiple rares.

So I KNOW this account has multiple partyhats and santas and rares and shit cause I've seen the bank video. I got pretty close to recovering, I'd say, as after 3 tries it said nothing just that it wasn't enough information to recover it.

Would I need an IP closer to that person or does this mean jagex knows I'm not the owner and decides they want to fuck me over.

you probably need more info, you need a sh*tload with recovering now.

Try getting the most possible information you can on the account, and a proxy with an IP close to the original account's user is always helpful.

Try looking him up on YouTube, if you find out he has a channel that's GOLDEN Good luck tho.

That's how I found him. He has a youtube account and a blog from 2001. Shows multiple partyhats and etc.

Get EVERYTHING. Hit the dude up asking him when he started playing, month and all. Get as much info as you can. And then once you get the rares gimme one.

With creation details, try to find his IP, try to se him into giving up as much info as possible if you can contact him.
thats how i got this kid that was a major RSPS person, he was a mod on like 6 of them, i screwed alot of them over.

with creation details, just keep guessing, I've had friends that put the same stuff in recovery and get denied 10 times and accepted once just because they kept trying.
