I remember running into someone who got it from Bungie a few years back. If I remember correctly, he got it by getting 7 EXP at the time of 7:00 on Bungie Day or something like that.

I really miss the old Halo 3 days.

I used to love everything about Bungie and Halo. Damn, sometimes I really wish I could go back to those days.

It was always fun staying up all night during Bungie Day.
