Receive Money?

I am doing a transaction with Quad, and he nor I know if you can receive money on an unverified account. I looked on google and got mixed answers. Please Reply! Thanks

He can not receive money because one of your paypals is not verified most likely. Sending a few smaller payments sometimes works or sending a different type of payment other than a gift works.
