Is there any way to change your gamer tag other than on console?
I know you can change it once on Xbox . com but i already used that.

Any other way?

lol all you have to do is download it, sign in and then click gamer profile, click gamertag, then you can change it lol.

I tried what you said and I couldn't find where it says gamer profile?

Its so easy you open Tinker download your profile. Once you are on the Tinker screen in the back ground it says Xbox live in orange I think Click on it then your profile should show and click on edit profile change GT.
 
Tiger tried to help me out with this but it keeps giving us an error code.

Yeah its been messed up you need to either Recover it to swap it or use Tinker.
 
Yes you still do and it cost 800 msp

Yeah its been glitching lately with the switch over with the currency issues. I swapped a tag yesterday I kept getting a error code on Xbox. Then I recovered it to Tinker and it worked on that but not Xbox. I've heard a few others having this issue.

Well Tiger tried to do it on tinker but it didnt allow him to. u think u can give it a try?

I'm not at home I'm at work. If it didn't work on his then I'm sure it won't on mine. Try recovering it and swapping it normally on the Dashboard.

Chat with Microsoft support on Xbox.com and give them the error code and see what they tell you.

I'm having the same problem and Xbox support said they couldn't do anything. Gotta love 'em.
