How to request help in the Computer Support Forum!

Step #1
Fully explain what you issue is, what has been happening, what you have installed in the past 24 hours, have you done anything in the past 24 hours that may have caused the issue, have you done anything to try to fix the issue yourself.

Step #2:

• Download & Execute Security Check.
  • "Press any key to continue..."
  • Once finished a log will open.
  • Copy & Paste that to pastebin.

Step #3:

• Download & Execute MiniToolBox.
  • Select the following boxes:
    - Flush DNS
    - Report IE Proxy Settings
    - Reset IE Proxy Settings
    - Report FF Proxy Settings
    - Reset FF Proxy Settings
    - List content of Hosts
    - List IP Configuration
    - List Winsock Entries
    - List last 10 Event Viewer Logs
    - List Installed Programs
  • Click the "GO" button.
  • Once finished a log will open.
  • Copy & Paste that to pastebin.

Log's required in your post:

• Security Check
• MiniToolBox

By doing this you will help the yourself and the person who is going to help you, you will help yourself because it will take less time and make the process less complicated, and it will less complicate the process for the person who is willing to help you.
