Fully explain what you issue is, what has been happening, what you have installed in the past 24 hours, have you done anything in the past 24 hours that may have caused the issue, have you done anything to try to fix the issue yourself.
Step #2:
- Download & Execute Security Check.
- "Press any key to continue..."
- Once finished a log will open.
- Copy & Paste that to pastebin.
- Download & Execute MiniToolBox.
- Select the following boxes:
- Flush DNS
- Report IE Proxy Settings
- Reset IE Proxy Settings
- Report FF Proxy Settings
- Reset FF Proxy Settings
- List content of Hosts
- List IP Configuration
- List Winsock Entries
- List last 10 Event Viewer Logs
- List Installed Programs - Click the "GO" button.
- Once finished a log will open.
- Copy & Paste that to pastebin.
- Select the following boxes:
- Security Check
- MiniToolBox
